Order dispatch

For custom screen printed items (tees, totes, hoodies, patches) please allow a few days for us to create your product and get it shipped to you. Photo prints may require a little longer due to us using the services of printshops to produce the best quality results.

All our art pieces are made to order unless specifically stated otherwise, so for those please contact us for further discussion.

Return policy

For returns contact us within 14 days of delivery and mail items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that the product should be unused and in its original packaging. We recommend you return items with tracked shipping.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

We do not offer returns for art pieces made to order such as paintings, mugs with custom designs etc.

Cancellations

Please request a cancellation ASAP on the same day.

Care instructions

All our screen printing uses professional textiles ink and is safe to machine-wash up to 30 degrees Celcius. Iron inside out to avoid burning the ink. We recommend to not tumble dry.

Our patches are printed on a heavy duty black denim fabric for ultimate long-lasting quality. Patches are not iron-on. You can attach them by sewing, safety pinning, using an adhesive interfacing or a thin layer of fabric glue.

Postage

Small items are sent standard mail without tracking. If you would like tracked shipping please specify so.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 3-9 business days

Europe: 1-3 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the mail system in your country. If you don't receive your order in the above times please contact us further.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
